Lakeside Concierge Services is here to assist with whatever you need to make the most of your time.

Set out, set up, and wipe patio furniture and cushions for your arrival
Sweep patios and exteriors to remove bugs and cobwebs
Replace propane tanks
Put out citronella candles/tiki torches in patio areas
Set dinner reservations or tee-times
General errands
Vehicle maintenance appointments
Mail retrieval
Open up and wait for repair completion or furniture/appliance delivery

Household Management:

Having a vacation property can be a full-time job. Use Lakeside Concierge Services as your household management company to handle all the details you need help with to enjoy life.

We can provide open-up/lock-up services for the vendors that support your home, such as pest control, internet/television, furniture deliveries, etc. We can also do house checks to ensure the house is safe, that appliances are working, and alert you to any damage or items needing attention.

Storm Watch:

Give yourself peace of mind when bad weather strikes. We can be your on-site eyes and will update you with photos, videos, and provide any communication necessary.

Just For Fun:

Wipe down and vacuum boat or UTV
Uncover/recover personal water crafts for the weekend
Gas up your toys (PWCs, ATVs, etc) or fill your gas cans
Take out and fill water trampolines, kayaks, rafts, and water sport inflatables
Stock food or drink cooler
Roto-till beach area
Open up/clean hot tub or kid pool and toys

Pet Care:

Spending the day on the water or trail? We're happy to make stop by and walk the dog or feed the cat. Our staff is experienced and will treat them like their own.
